Cycling caps serve several purposes. First and foremost, they keep sweat out of your eyes when you’re really pushing hard. Of course cycling caps also include a brim, when adds a layer of sun protection to your kit in addition to cycling glasses. They also play a role in hiding the dreaded “helmet hair” which we’ve all experienced at one point or another.
